✦ GENERAL INFO

  • Contact me through PM/notes if you are interested in commissioning me. I will not respond to comments left on my pages, or in the case of Deviantart, the chat system, due to the fact I don't get notified through it and the influx of scam bots that message me through chat.

  • I will not make major changes nor apply any additional addons once commission is finished. Tell me what you want beforehand and make up your mind. The only changes that can happen to finished commission art are details I forgot to add, or very minor changes.

  • If you wish for your commission piece to be kept private in any sort of way, consult with me beforehand. I have the right to use my artwork, commission or otherwise, for any of my own commercial, promotional, etc. uses online. If you don't want me to use your order in that way for whatever reason, tell me!

✦ PAYMENTS

  • Any purchase you make must be upfront, and you must send payment only after I ask you to. Bartering for free art, or straight up refusing to pay can result in a blacklisting.

  • Currencies I accept are USD (PayPal/Kofi only), Deviantart Points ($1 = 100 pts conversion rate). Alternate payment methods such as site subscriptions like Discord Nitro, and games on Steam are reserved to friends only.

  • Refunds are applicable only if progress has not yet been made to commission. I simply can't undraw things, sorry!

✦ GENERAL RULES

by or during purchasing any type of artwork, you automatically agree to follow these conditions:

  1. I have the right to deny any commission for whatever reason.

  2. Once you receive the final product, you have full rights to use your commissioned artwork for commercial use, and/or promotional material, only under the circumstance that you credit me as the original artist of said commercial products and/or promotional material. You may not however, utilize artwork which is personal/not commissioned by you for any sort of use. I also do not allow you to repost my artwork.

  3. I will not stand for making artwork that promotes any sort of hate speech (Ie. Racist, homophobic, transphobic, Nazism/Antisemitism, etc, alongside content depicting pedophilia, zoophilia, incestophilia, rape, and glorification/fetishization of gore/SH.) Any attempt to commission that sort of content in any form will result in a blacklist.

  4. I do not support AI, NFT, or cryptocurrency technology, and will not stand for any of my art being used in said technology. Trying to implement my artwork in said technology in any sort of way will result in a blacklist.

  5. I will not be obligated to do any commission work that is NFSW, or sexual in nature in any way. (Ie. Genitals, seminal fluids, exposed breasts, or fetish content such as inflation, vore, feet, scat, etc.) I am underage and find discomfort in drawing that sort of thing. Trying to commission this type of artwork otherwise will result in a blacklisting.

  6. You are prohibited from buying commissions or giving designs away in the name of anyone on my blacklist (see tab). Those people are on that list for a reason, and giving them goods I created of any kind will add you to the blacklist yourself.

  • Kinsonas/CBCs

WON'T

  • Giant detailed mechs

  • Hyper realistic and detailed gore

  • NSFW/fetish content of any kind

  • Characters with sexualized hyper body proportions/NSFW reference sheet

  • Fetish gear/latex (unless the latex is not meant to be sexual but I doubt it.)

  • Multiple characters.

  • hateful content (I don't care what it is that you're hating on, I don't want to spread hate of any kind with my commissions.)

  • OCs only from a written description, and/or pictures of accessories as a reference. (I need at least a coloured fullbody to be able to draw your character. This does not apply to customs for obvious reasons.)
